Review content:
My experience this past Saturday was pretty bad. I asked to get a touch up on my highlights and to get my eyebrows done. It took a good 15 minutes to come down to get me even though I was on time for my appointment. The student took forever and when she did finally finish it was a nightmare. She didn't put toner in and she had put the foils in incorrectly so that the bleach bled onto the hair surrounding the foil. The color was platinum blonde even though I told her I wanted a very natural color to go with my hair color which is a medium brown. When I asked for the teacher all she did was put some dye on most of my hair (not toner- I know the difference and not even on all of my hair) and because she did it so quickly (I'm guessing because it was getting late in the day because the student took so long) she got it all over my forehead and ears and didn't wipe any of it off. They told me I couldn't get my eyebrows done because everyone else had left. When the student rinsed my hair and dried it there were still spots that were the bleached color and my hair was incredibly brittle. I have since dyed my hair on my own. If I return it will probably not be for highlights. It all felt very sloppily and unprofessionally done.
