First I will say that making the appointment and checking in was easy. My first service was a pedicure, which was nice, and I was brought upstairs quickly. Then I was brought downstairs where I was shown the products used during the pedicure. I told them I was also scheduled for a body wrap. One of the receptionists told me to go back upstairs in the atrium and wait, so I did. I waited for 30 minutes. No one that walked by even acknowledged me. I felt abandoned and forgot about. After going back to the receptionist twice, I was told they could not find the student and were going to try to put me with another student. I then told them I was leaving because I had worked a 14 hour night shift and did not feel like waiting any longer. I didn't even get an apology when I left. Needless to say, I will think twice about going there again.
