Review content:
I have visited the Aveda Institute/School for the purpose of getting a manicure and pedicure several times. While, the students do a fairly good job, I feel they are not supplied the best of materials needed to do a better job. The nail polishes are at minimal availablity as far as color selection, the polishes are too thick and cannot do a good cover job as it goes on too thickly. The professional would have a hard time to do a good polish, muchless the student. Each time I have asked aboutt he polish issues, I have been told they are on order, this has been going on for over a month at least. If waiting for new polish, what about thinning the ones you do have to at least help the students do a better job. Your location is convenient and makes it easy for me to use the services there, but very unhappy about the polishes available. The store looks attractive when you walk in but very unattractive when you go upatairs for your services. The floor are all cracked up and very ugly not to mention dangerous. Falling is an option with this problem. The pedicure tubs are hedious and most of them are not working. When you train in a nice environment you get nicer results.I must say the students try very hard to accomodate the clients. Thank you. Rose
