I arrived at the salon an hour early. The cashier was pleasant and assisted me in booking an appointment for my mother for 2pm. As my time was aproaching I thought that maybe the cashier had check me in even though I was early but she didn't.She promptly did once I asked her if I was checked in. The hairdresser assigned to me was wonderful. I loved the fact that she wanted my hair to look beautiful. My mother on the another hand had a awful first experience. The student that did her hair had a book out to see how to do the cut and the teacher never came to okay the hair cut or see if my mother like the cut or not. I am really disappointed that her experience made her not want to go to aveda again.
