Review content:
I discussed with the stylist and her teacher what I liked about a picture I provided for the haircut. The teacher heard what the student was going to do and assured me that what she said would look like the picture. The back is two inches shorter than the picture. The student cutter clipped over my ear and then kept insisting that I asked for it but have not heard of the term before today. Then refused to finish cutting my hair. I finally tried to difuse the situation my saying there was a miscommunication. Two teachers attempted to correct the hair cut and it still is uneven and assymetrical and even shorter. I have gone home and tried to work with the cut and I am still not happy. I have had three bad experiences over the past 6-9 months but not to this extent. I am sad to say that this will most likely be my last time here after over 3 years of going there. The staff has had a major turnover and the instructor knew less about the products than I did and kept asking the student about what product to try to help my hair look the way I wanted (which did not work.) My wise husband told me last time to find a different place to get my haircut and sadly I will not take his advice.
