Review content:
I recently received a haircut from an AVEDA student, and though the haircut was good, the student didn't listen to what I said. I told her that I wanted my layers re-cut because I wear my hair wavy and don't like to style, so I wanted my cut to bring out my natural wave. She then made me stand for half of the haircut because she is "too tall" to cut hair while customers are sitting. It was not what I was expecting, nor was it comfortable standing under a vent with wet hair. She barely cut any of my hair off, and didn't put in any new layers, although it was a good haircut it wasn't what I was expecting. Then she was about to put straightening products in my hair, and said "because you wear your hair straight." At this point I told her "NO, I wear my hair curly" and she changed the products, but it appears that she gave me a cut for someone with straight hair. Again, the haircut is fine, but I could not believe how LITTLE she listened to me as her customer.
