I really wanted to like this place, and yes I made some mistakes by not being firm about what I am comfortable with, but when the stylist stated that I shouldn't have short hair due to my hair type, I didn't expect her to give me short layers around the crown of my head. In the past, when a stylist says they are giving me "long layers", I always assumed that meant that the layer is maybe an inch above the longest length. Not the case this time. My "long layers" are over three inches from the bottom of the longest length. And as for the "styling", that was a joke. I came in w/frizzy hair and left w/frizzy hair and a couple of curls. And stupid me, at the time I said I liked it. Then I got home and really looked at the mess that was created.
