Review content:
My family and I have been using Old Marple Vets since the 1970's. Over the years, the building has expanded vastly as has the number of vets on staff. The original owner, Dr. Evans is long gone, but has been replaced by younger very professional vets.
What I love about the improved building is that there are separate waiting rooms and entrances for cats and dogs - they need never see each other. The expanded facility is state of the art, with check up rooms, operating rooms, hospital and a kennel in the rear.
Over the years,I have had many an older pet to put down. Each time, my pet and I were treated with much kindness and dignity. They are very accommodating with emergency visits.
Of course like everything else, quality costs and one minus here is that care is expensive, and unless you specifically ask, you never know what a procedure will cost. I have been shocked at my bill at times and have learned to ask what to expect as far as cost.
