Just had a deep tissue massage at AvantGard Spa. It is alway a treat to come here fro me because I always leave invigorated. Everyone here is always so kind and pleasant, the ambience is so relaxing and inviting. Andrea my massage therapist was very knowledgeable about my joints, ligaments my pains!She listened to my concerns and accomodated my needs. She was terrific and thats what I expect from a massage therapist. I will definetley come back to see her for my ailing joints. i hope in a few weeks! Kudos for such a unique an aspiring place to have in Sn Carlos, Ca.
