I love Graeber and in fact I just wrote a bad review for my local salon... I told my husband last night I will drive out of my way to Graeber than try anywhere else from now on! I learned my lesson! Graeber is great- I have always felt like I was in good hands and could trust the person doing my hair or eyebrow wax. Everyone seems very well trained and know what they're doing. No need to be nervous! I love their healthy products (so does my hubby) and will continue to go back. Their eyebrow waxes are the best- the gals truly professional and always get it right the first time. You really feel pampered at Graeber and like you matter to them. The only bad thing I would say is that I have felt very looked down on by the receptionist girls. I don't know why, but they just have been very snobby. Everyone else is great though.
