For as much money as this place is generating, it could use a make over...the stations are sloppy. The front desk ladies are terrific, friendly and professional. The prices are way too high for the service rendered. It feels more like a barber school than the trendy downtown place it claims to be. Come on Graeber, use some of that North End money that comes in youre place by the truckload and give the place some class.
Pros: front desk/reception is excellent and friendly
Cons: sloppy stations, overpriced, uneven service
