When we were in the process of moving, our realtor suggested DR Horton homes. We went out and toured their model homes and we were so impressed! The homes are spacious and have a lot of "extras" and special touches, and you won't pay a lot of extra money for them. They have a large selection of inventory homes available for purchase at discounted prices. You can also choose your own lot and build your own home, and they have a variety of plans to choose from. The sales counselor is very friendly and helpful and will help you find something that is right for you and also in your price range. They offer in house financing and additional incentives if you use them. The contractors are also great and are quick to fix or address any concerns that you have. You will definitely get your money's worth with these homes!!!
