okay, first of all, i got my hair highlighted here, and my hair turned out brassy and yellow blonde!!!!! the next time i went here, they put me with a woman who spole ZERO english. they said she was the only one who did updos. that was a lie. there were other stylists doing updos too. plus, the lady doing my hair didn't know how to follow directions and put my hair HALF UP. instead she put my hair half up and in knots with way too much hairspray. the next time i came, i called telling them i was running late. when i got there, they told me they had canceled my appt without giving me warning. they also have the worst conditioning treatment and did nothing for my damaged hair. also, there selection of salon products are awful. these people did not go to good beauty schools!!
Pros: nothing!!!!
Cons: unprofessional, rude, no experience
