Review content:
We couldn't have asked for more for our first home inspection. I called this one because they were a member of ASHI which my research told me was a good thing.
Well, the guy came out to the house and went through the house bit by bit with my husband who is a carpenter. They would discuss what was faulty, what could be improved and how to do it. There was a lot since our house is 50 years old and trashed pretty good by the previous owners. He was really fast- in the basement, then up on the roof in no time- and very personable with a background in construction so he had the practical experience and the training to inspect homes.
When he was done he printed out a summary of his findings and we had it in our hands before he left. What else could you want?
