Let me start by saying that we had some major issues with Bauer Plumbing saying that our septic lines could not be cleaned out and our tank was full and needed to be emptied right away. Drainmasters came out 15 minutes after Bauer left, and within 20 minutes had our lines cleaned out, and checked the septic tank to find it was only about half full. They were on time, professional, and very careful with our carpets and house. They also charge a flat fee which they quote at the beginning of the job - a MUST when shopping for a pluber as we learned the hard way.
