State Farm Insurance is one of the few companies in Rainsville, Alabama, that has a local office. It has been there since at least the 70s. The very first auto and home insurance we got was State Farm Insurance. The local office is located at 380 Main Street East, and the agents name is Felicia, the daughter of Billy Jack who retired.
Although we still use State Farm, I do so because we have been members for quite some time. I have been dis-satisfied to the hilts many times, and other times very satisfied. Their rates are a little higher than most insurance companies.
