Businiess name:  Atlanta Yoga

Review content:
Four years ago I chose Atlanta Yoga for primary exercise and couldn't be happier. Practicing yoga has made this 42 year old feel like he's 20! They teach the Ashtanga form of yoga first taught by Pattabhi Jois for decades, itself derived from centuries old core yoga. John Sherrod manages and is also an incredible teacher. The other instructors are also excellent including Lori and Stephanie. No pressure at Atlanta Yoga as they believe its a personal practice and their job is to facilitate not dictate. New to Atlanta? Give Atlanta Yoga a try. Thinking about yoga but putting it off? Don't put it off any longer; check out a "basic's" class and show up 15 minutes early w/towel and workout clothes; free mats provided for beginners. If a student or of limited means, they also offer "pay what you can afford" donation classes too. Hope to see you there! Pros: The People, Great atmosphere, Ashtanga
