Businiess name:  Yia Yia Maria Baklava
Review by:  Michael O.
Review content:
Baklava has been one of my favorite desserts since childhood, but it's been hard to find in New Mexico, except in a couple of Greek restaurants -- until now. I ordered a box and was very pleased to discover that it was very fresh, made from nearly all organic ingredients, and had just the right sweetness. Too much and I gag...too little and what's the point? Now I see they're offering other Greek cookies, tartlets and even baklava brittle, so I'll be exploring some things I haven't tried, for sure.
