Sam is a wonderful man. Always available, always knows who you are when you call, does things quickly and is always so nice and pleasant. He also has a radio show on Saturday mornings on 600am. It's on between 9 and 10 am if I am not mistaken. He really knows his stuff. I have never had a loan officer so willing to work with you, so on your side! He wants to help everyone and will be honest with you about what's best for you. He is a super guy who really knows his business - he is worth going to if you need a mortgage.
