My daughter and I had same time appointments .As we signed in my daughter was told that her student was at lunch and there would be a delay. No delay was mentioned for me. As we stood( the waiting area is far too small to accommodate even a portion of those waiting) my daughter was approached about a delay again . Nothing was said to me. A few minutes later my daughter was given another update. This is when I asked what was up with me but got a basic I don't know. Finally my daughter was called . I headed to the receptionist who made me wait while she had a personal conversation. I was told the person doing my hair was "probably busy". I asked for a supervisor. Martha came over looked at the computer and left. I voiced my displeasure. Martha was called back again she didn't look at me but said "I don't have anyone to do her" and walked away. I was ignored . A few minutes later, while I was still asking why there was nobody to do me despite my appointment, a girl came over and called me. Samantha was very nice and did a great job. All that I asked was the same courteousy that my daughter got. If Sam was busy , why not tell me there is a delay ? No customer should be ignored nor treated less significant than another.
