I have moderate to severe degenerative disc disease in my lower back, recently it has spread to my upper back and it was discovered that I have compressed thoracic discs. I also have osteoarthritis in both knees (moderate to severe) -- I booked a massage on Monday in the morning and got in for Monday afternoon. Jaimee (sp?) was EXCELLENT -- very knowledgeable in the mechanics of the body. I walked in the spa in a lot of pain but I came out with a LOT LESS pain. As of almost a week later I still feel a lot better than I did. I will be making another appointment for next month with Jaimee. Thanks for such a wonderful establishment!
