I was in a pinch and needed to a quick Express Cut. When I called I knew it was last minute 5:00pm on a busy holiday season evening. But they were very nice, and managed to work me in quickly without a problem. And everyone was as personable and lively as usual. It made for a wonderful stress relief at the end of a typically busy Monday evening.
