I didn't know where to go and trusted the place bc of the location and atmosphere. When I called to request someone who had been there the longest I found that the employee there the longest had only been with KLP a few years which concerned me a bit. I went with the owner instead... She is crazy and she gave me a freaking mullet! She was so mean to her employees it made me more tense than a bad day at work! Don't go here I wish I had read reviews before going. Now I have to deal with my hair until I can get it fixed and I wasted a lot of money.
