I used to go to Key Lime Pie and left because I was sick of the horrendous customer service. I went to Fresche, which received excellent reviews in CitySearch. Although their customer service is much better, my hair color was disappointing to say the least. Not to mention, it was almost twice as much as other salons I've gone too. I went back to Key Lime and found Suzanne who now does my color. She is wonderful! I have received so many compliments on my hair color now that I go to her. Plus, she does such a great job that I don't have to go to the salon as often for touch-ups. The customer service hasn't improved that much, but I'll put up with it to get great hair color.
Pros: Great hair color
