The reviews are right - the owner DJ is NUTS!!! She can't keep her staff - she drove one assistant to tears screaming at her in front of everyone and that makes you so uncomfortable when you are trying to get a "haircut" - if you can call it that - I was very unhappy - the stylists are always changing and I was speaking to mine only to realize that she (as well as a large majority of the staff) are unlicenced and inexperienced - (I guess that explains the lousy cut) and I had to wait for an hour and a half! Also, the place looks pretty but - the palmettos crawling around ... uuuuuugh! STAY AWAY - DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!! HEED THE WARNINGS (unless you love being treated poorly and recieving the worst cut EVER!)

Cons: everything - DJ the owner is crazy and the staff is unlicenced and bad at what they do
