I had been goign to KLP for about 1.5 years. During that time I never once had my hair cut by the same person. While I had the same colorist, she informed me she was leaving on the down low since it is not any salons obligation to tell you your colorist is leaving (they want you with them not to follow the colorist). Once she moved she finally told me why their was such high turn over... besides being treated poorly by the owner, they were also being ripped off by her as well. I want to try thier message/facial but am reluctant. I never had a prpblem with waiting or service.
Pros: good products
