One of the worst hair experiences I have had in a long time. I went in for a trim and color. My colorist was running an hour late. She did not listen to me when I told her I did not want permanent color, but insisted on using permanent and told me to 'trust her'. I am getting married in 2 weeks and did not want anything drastic. However, she used permanent color and I now have 2-tone hair. All I wanted was my natural brown color. The result: I was left with pinkish-orange roots and black tips. Even worse, she left me sitting in the chair with color all over my face, cheeks, and neck for over 30 minutes; I had to ask another stylist for a tissue to wipe the dark color off my face. Then, they couldn't find anyone to wash my hair out, so another stylist attempted to wash it. Unfortunately, he failed to wash all the color and shampoo out of my hair. When Mimi (the saving grace of the entire salon) attempted to trim my hair, she realized it still had shampoo and color in it and had to re-wash me after the other stylist refused to rinse it back out without even apologizing. I complained that the color was unacceptable, but I didn't even get an apology and was rudely told that it was the lighting. I couldn't be seen again for three days for them to fix it! So, I had to walk around with pinky-orange hairfor 3 days. I was assured that the owner would call me to talk about my options for fixing it, but she never did. I've been in tears for days at how awful my color was. Thank GOD I was able to get an appointment for an emergency color-correction at Vis-a-vis. It took 5 hours over a span of 2 days to get my hair back to normal, not to mention the hundreds of dollars I've spent trying to fix it...and I didn't get so much as an "I'm sorry" from the salon. DO NOT GO HERE. Not only are the stylists rude, but they are incapable of doing a simple "tint" of color. Pros: Mimi, the only good stylist Cons: hard to find parking, tense atmosphere, rude staff
