When I first got to KLP I was offered tea and complimented... It was nice, I was walked back and began my highlights. The colorist I had was extremely concentrated and didnt talk much. But once he rinsed my hair out I noticed that the color was probably the best I'd ever had. Unfortunately it took another 45 minutes to style my hair which I have to admit was definitely world class. Overall it was the best color and style I'd ever had but unless your going to a photoshoot this is NOT the salon for you.
Pros: Extremely precise color and style,
Cons: Parking and took almost 3 hours for color
