I was very hesitant to book services at Key Lime Pie because of some of the negative reviews. I feel that if I am paying money to support your business I should be treated graciously and I had experienced some snobbery when making purchases here in the past.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the warm reception when I arrived. There was tea, fresh fruit and muffins waiting for me - a service that I have never received at other day spas around town. I also had a very informed and gracious technician, Sarah. She gave me a great facial and recommendations to treat intermitent breakouts. I was also very pleased that she didn't push products on me like some other day spas I've visted. She wrote a few recommendations down but didn't pressure me at all.
I will definitely return for another facial and other services.
