I currently work at ssv, and when I saw the comment on how we re-use bottles and put "cheap" product in the expensive bottles...I was dumbfounded. I've never heard of something so silly. I have only been with the company for some short time, But Venessa Lanier is a very wonderful bussiness owner, she loves Aveda and that is why she has poured her heart and soul into her bussiness. People shouldn't write bad reviews because of one person. I wouldn't work at this salon if I didn't love it and believe in it. Please try it out for yourself and not based on someones biased review.
