I was very disappointed at the service I received. Please do not visit this location. I ordered a cyclamen plant for a funeral on-line. When it was delivered to my family it was an african violet that was half the size of what was shown on-line. When I called the store to ask questions all I received was a rude attitude. The associate neglected to tell me that he charged an extra delivery fee, that the plant was delivered in a left over Mother's Day FTD box, and he said that my family members were friends of the store personnel which was not true. I called to ask for a refund and he vehemently said no, said a profane word, and hung up on me. He said that I was not a valued customer b/c I was ordering on-line. My sister then called to speak with him and he hung up on her too!! Please Please do not do business with this store!
