Review content:
Although it may not be south of the Texas border, Fiesta Brava Mexican Grill serves up an authentic meal that will leave you shouting, “Ole!”
A courteous attentive staff greets customers as they enter the dining room. Their goal is to see that visitors to Fiesta Brava have a superior dining experience.
After you are seated, you will receive the traditional basket full of chips with a small carafe of salsa. Don’t forget to ask for a side of white cheese dip, made with a creamy queso blanco. This wonderful sauce is fantastic poured over almost everything Fiesta Brava serves.
The generous menu boasts favorites such as tamales, tacos, enchiladas and chimichangas. But this is not a fast food chain restaurant. Instead, you will find genuine handcrafted Mexican cuisine made with fresh ingredients. Look for delightful specialty items like Pollo Loco – grilled chicken and onions covered with white cheese sauce served on a bed of rice and vegetables – or Arroz con Camaron – jumbo grilled shrimp served with steamed vegetables with cheese sauce on a bed of rice.
Fiesta Brava also serves American favorites such as hamburgers and french fries or made-to-order T-bone steaks. Additionally, there are appetizers, soups, salads, vegetarian dishes, and enough combinations to please even the most discriminating of palates. A children’s menu is also available.
