It was valentines day, also my anniversary with my wife and I. I was going to treat Her to dinner, and decided to go to Hoppers, never again!!! My wife ordered a burger well done, it was not cooked it was still red. not to mention they served us food with no napkins. My wife took 3 bites to realize it was not cooked, at that point she was no longer hungry as they offered to re-heat it. Our server then said she would credit us for Her meal then she came back to tell us Her manager said no on our refund. I then just paid the bill and left I did not finish my meal as well. So if you want to spend 30.00 for no napkins, 3 bites of a burger, some fries, and a breadstick then Hoppers is for you. I do NOT reconmend Hoppers as a customer freindly restraunt!!! I will never return, and I will continue telling everybody about my experience!!!
