The review listed above by Jackson Chapel does not appear to be related to any patient admitted to Bayonet Point Health & Rehabilitation Center. We have no record of anyone named Chapel. The one patient we did have named Jackson did not have any children. We feel this may be a mistake and not reflective of our center.
