I was so looking forward to my daughters visit from out of town and I booked pedicures at what I thought was a very nice spa. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. There was another customer who had just had a baby, which is a wonderful thing to celebrate, but all the attendants were gathered around her and totally ignored us for a long time. When they did come over to do our pedicures, the person doing mine went on and on very loudly about how dry and rough my feet were and they were the absolute worst she has ever seen and completely embarassed me in front of my daughter. I have had several pedicures before and since and have never been told that my feet are so awful. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. I have never and will never go back nor would I recommend this spa to anyone. What a disappointment!!
