Prompt. Professional. I have back problems and their therapists know how to get in there and loosen up all those knotted up muscles. The deep tissue massage really provides relief, although don't be unreasonable and expect miracles - it may take a couple of sessions to get the full relief you seek, but it's definitely worth it.
