Review content:
We took or truck their to be repaired after being in an accident because or insurance company at the time recommended them. We just needed some minor repair to the front end. They had our truck for several weeks which was longer than we were told, but the main problem is that they has to of switched out radiators with us. We have had no problems with the temperature of our truck or it running hot or anyting like that. We had also not long before , had new antifreeze, etc added as we do every year at winter itme. Well, not long after getting our truck back from abra it started to run hot. We took it back to them and our radiator was full of mud and muddy water. They claim it was not their fault and would not fix it. We had to take it to a radiator shop and have the radiator bored out and have our entire system flushed. They wanted to do work to our truck that insurance said wasn't necessary and they got mad about it so we think they did it on purpose thinking we would have them fix it as well. They obviously swapped it out with one another wrecked vehicle we saw there that looked like it had been to the mud bog! I just don't trust them!
