This is the best cajun food you can find in the south. The chef is a native of Louisiana, which shows when you taste his food. He will travel anywhere in metro Atlanta to cook for your party. He cooks the food on site in a mobile kitchen, so it is served hot and delicious. I am telling you, it is wonderful. If you want
something different and exciting for your party, you should really use this caterer.
