I recently had to have my water heater replace. I wasn't aware that my pressure valve was not working correctly either. Charlie was the technician that did the service call. Charlie was prompt and very helpful. He has excellent customer service skills and his explanation was understandable even for a layman like myself. I have dealt with other plumbing companies and Fast water pricing is competitive. Hopefully I won't have any other plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I will use this company again.
