Review content:
Bagels, like pizza are either great or awful. The bagels at this place are great, really great. Unlike the doughy misrepresentations sold by grocery stores and chains, these are all hand made, boiled and then baked. When I bring them to work the guys all go crazy. They recognize their while sacks and, like Pavlov's dogs, start salivating. A little butter or cream cheese, some coffee or tea to dunk 'em and life is good. You can look around, but you will not find a better bagel in NJ.
