I had the smooth infusion treatment done on my hair and I can honestly say the results are perfect. My frizzy hair is now sleek and shiny, even without blow-drying. Elizabeth and Shawn at the Shelbyville Rd. location did the BEST job - they listened to me carefully about what I wanted and delivered stellar results! They were both really friendly and personable and easy to talk to. I will definitely go back to them for a cut or the next time I get the treatment done. The only reason I didn't give Z salon a 5 star rating is because the front desk staff seemed disorganized. When I booked this treatment about two months ago, I was told that I would get a phone call to set everything up and give me more information about the treatment itself; after two weeks with no phone call, I had to call myself and they didn't remember telling me they would call. After the appointment itself, the girl at the front desk charged me $50 more than the price I was quoted when I first made the appointment AND immediately prior to my treatment; it took a long time to get it straightened out, although they finally charged me the correct amount. Overall, since I was so happy with the hair results, I would definitely go back, although I hope they can be a little more organized next time.
