Review content:
For 297.00 you get a single wide lot, water and sewage and trash removal and can swim in the swimming pool from 12.00 to 8.00 pm
Inspections are made yearly on your trailer and lawn to make sure every thing is up to par.
You are allowed one lap pet.
Two people per trailer or a 5.00 fee extra per person is charged for water & sewage a month.
The park mangers are here to answer phones and collect rent, and show the new trailers for sale, if you have a problem take it up with the police, fire or mayor as needed.
Quite park, with some very inquisitive neighbors so there is some one usually watching over every thing and with a police officer patrolling the park quite often it should be a safe place to live.
