Good: The initial response was good. He came quickly and collected samples to be tested for mold.. Bad: The contract was one-sided. It covered him from everything including leaving sticky residue behind. A large non refundable cash deposit was required. The communication in regards to when he would come to start the job was poor. The contract was signed and the deposit made on 10/4/11. The work was not started until 10/25, almost a week later than originally scheduled with no explanation why. Plastic was laid on the walls and floor to reduce moisture and the work was not satisfactory.. Improvements: Work should begin the day it's scheduled. The owner of the company should ensure the customer is satisfied with the job before asking for the final payment. In this case he didn't even come back to get the tests or the final check. He sent his wife. I would like to see the job completed thoroughly and satisfactorily.. Other: I have to hire another company to come fix what Pure Energy Products didn't do correctly. I made an expensive mistake hiring Pure Energy Products and have learned from my mistake..
