I have rented my property in the art museum area for approximately four years and can safely say that Alan Folkman 'rescued' me from attempting to be my own property manager. His knowledge, expertise, and confidence offered me the ease to hand over the keys to JMH. Alan rapidly returns calls, resolves any issues at hand, and most of all is forthright and honest...I trust judgement and am at ease with Alan at the helm of my home!
