Tom is an excellent Service Advisor. He replaced Jim whom I had dealt with for many years. Tom is doing an outstanding job of helping me keep my vehicle in tip top condition. I really like the way I can now drive up (over head cover) and see my service advisor immediately. The newly designed lounge is fantastic with the three internet booths. Nice large flat screen TV is great. Thanks for the breakfast snack of bagels and fruit. Sure am glad you kept that nice coffee machine with all those coffee flavors! The showroom with new vehicles is great. I do hope you put different vehicles in there quarterly so I can see different ones when I come back for my oil change. Toby did an excellent job of taking me home and picking me back up to pick up my vehicle. He is a good safe driver and he knows his way around the county quite well. Toby was very professional and nice. Over all, it was a great experience to get my vehicle serviced. Thank you!!!
