I bought a machine, which they said was easy to use for beginners, and it's been nothing but problems. I've went to classes and tried tutorials online, but the machine continues to not work correctly. They do not give refunds on machines. They only allow you to put the money you spent towards another machine, which is not fair. Be certain before you buy.
