We had an awesome experience with Mark Vandervest at Remax Equity Group. In this horrific down market, Mark was able to sell our home quickly, even as a short sale! To top things off, we weren't expecting any proceeds from the sale and Mark was able to get the Lender to give us $3000 as a Seller incentive! Mark is tenatious, yet calm... and kept us grounded and informed throughout the entire process. All we can say is "Wow"!
