Had an appointment to get fitted for a crown to get glued to an existing partial tooth, ended up with 4 shots in my gum, 1 in which wasn't placed right in my mouth and caused extreme sinus pain for 4 hours after my visit, and was not communicated with before any work was done to tell me what they were doing. Easily my worst visit to a dentist office.
