I've been to this store on a few occasions and it's always clean and well organized. Even on black friday, the staff had a careful game plan that kept the shopping experience safe and easy, only letting in a limited number of people at a time.
Even when the employees are swamped or don't know the answer to your question, they do their best to get you the information that you need. My favorite Toy Store!
