They have held money deposited in our account for no reason, we have been with them for over a year, it wasn't an account just opened. Then they won't release the money when they are supposed to. You would be better off putting you money under your matteress, at least you could get to it. Or just pay the 5% to get you pay check cashed every week, it will save you money. And they said it was because our account was opened in a different state, so they are not nationwide. I don't have anything good to say about Bank of America. The only thing they have going for them, is the local employees are nice.
